Shipping policy

We take great care in packaging each item, but if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. To process a replacement, we require clear photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box it arrived in.

Please note:

  • Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Replacements are only issued once photo documentation is received.
